1. Operators must be trained to master the operation of steam generators and comply with operating procedures;

2. The steam generator should be in automatic control mode during operation, and the operator should not leave their post without authorization;

3. Safety valves (annually) and pressure gauges (every six months) should be regularly calibrated and qualified, and overpressure and water shortage use are strictly prohibited;

4. The water quality of the steam generator must comply with the requirements of GB/T1576-2018. Our company is not responsible for any quality problems caused by users using water that does not meet the standards. Water hardness ≤ 0.03mmol/L;

5. The pressure value on the electric contact pressure gauge must be adjusted by professionals and cannot be changed without authorization after adjustment;

6. If an alarm or malfunction occurs during use, the boiler must be shut down to identify the cause. The manufacturer can be contacted to troubleshoot and restart the boiler;

7. After shutdown, maintenance work should be done on the electrical and water treatment equipment of the steam generator;

8. The steam generator should be cleaned of ash in a timely manner to prevent smoke pipe blockage from affecting normal combustion;

9. Do not open the furnace door during normal combustion to prevent flames from spraying and injuring people;

10. It is necessary to promptly clean up the accumulated ash and unburned fuel falling from the grate, and it is strictly prohibited to burn the grate up and down at the same time to prevent overheating and damage to the grate.
