3. The high-shear integrated paint production equipment adopts liquid metering, high-shear emulsification and dispersion, vacuum suction, vacuum defoaming, and semi-automatic filling process flow in the paint production process, from feeding to finished product.

4. The specially designed combined stirring system for high-shear integrated coating production adopts a high-speed rotating toothed dispersing disc to fully disperse and emulsify the materials, thereby refining the materials; in addition, it is equipped with a frame stirring device with a PTFE scraper to ensure that the processed materials can run without dead angles under high, medium and low viscosity conditions; in addition, an ultra-fine horizontal conical closed sand mill is installed outside the kettle to perfectly combine the dynamic mixing inside the kettle and the efficient grinding and homogenizing function outside the kettle, ensuring the high dispersion and fully mixed and homogenized grinding effect of pigments and high-viscosity resins.

5. The volume of one tank can be selected between 1000-2000L, and the volume of two tanks can be selected between 1500-3000L.
